Tiny Weddings/Receptions - $2995

The CHAPEL Package - $5200

Historical Home, Lawn, Tent, & Pavilion Includes:

• Historical home (two get ready suites & a gathering room)

• 400 square foot pavilion with chandeliers

• 20,000 square feet of manicured lawn space

• 4,000 square foot white tent with bistro lighting on the lawn

• Governor's gazebo with chandelier and power outlets

• 400 square foot patio area with bistro lighting

• Bistro tables

• Granite bar

• Four six-foot buffet tables

• 19 five-foot round tables

• White folding padded chairs (up to 200)

• Private luxury restroom trailer for your guests

• Handicapped accessible family bathroom

• On-site parking and one hour parking attendant

The OUTDOOR Package - $5200

Includes all of the spaces: Chapel, Historical home, Lawn, Tent, & Pavilion with patio area. Multiple get ready suites! Ideal for those with large wedding parties, big families, and weddings between 150-200 people.

The PLATINUM Package - $9800 (*discounted rate offered through 5/25)

• Bridal suite located on the second floor with a beautiful covered porch overlooking the chapel and vineyard. The air conditioned suite is equipped with a full sized bathroom, full length mirror, and a well lit marble make-up and hair station with multiple outlets.

• Gathering room for your bridal party to rest and refresh while preparing for your special day. This room has a marble wet bar, soft seating and room to relax and enjoy a snack and a glass of wine.

• The secondary suite is equipped with a full bathroom, air conditioning, soft seating, full sized mirror, and plenty of hanging space for your special wardrobe.

• Capacity for all three rooms is 30 people including vendors.

• This room is to be locked during the ceremony and reception. (Bride and Groom will have access for the whole time with the venue manager.)

• Thirty minutes after the ceremony, all attendants' belongings must be removed from the upstairs, and the doors will remain locked.

• Bride and Groom may have access throughout the night with WHV staff.

Our Historical 1858 Restored Home

● $1000 Refundable Security Deposit will be charged one week before the wedding and returned up to 7-10 business days later.

● You must have at least a Day of Coordinator assigned to your event,or one will be provided by WHV at an additional fee due 60 days prior to your event.

● A full vendor list must be sent to WHV 90 days prior to the wedding.

● Staffing & Gratuity - 15% of the determined venue fee will be added to the total venue costs.

● Proof of Insurance- A liability insurance policy naming the holder as well as West Hills Vineyards LLC as an additional insured shall be presented at the start of the event. This policy will be in effect from the beginning of the event until everyone has vacated the premises.

● The time allowed is from 9 AM until 10 PM. The actual ceremony and reception time is usually 5 hours. You have until 11 PM to remove your property from the venue. After 11 PM, a $750 per hour fee will be charged by the quarter hour and taken from the security deposit.

● Weddings on Thursday or Sunday will be discounted by $500 off chapel or outdoor packages, $1000 discount off of platinum package.

● A 25% discount is available to micro weddings between 2-49 people.
