We wanted to make something special with the extraordinary HopeWell Vineyards. This 100% Pommard Pinot Noir is fermented with uncrushed grape clusters to showcase the best HopeWell has to offer. Leaving 35% of the wine whole-cluster brings out warm notes of Cedar and Sandalwood, accompanied by Cranberry and Rosemary on the finish.
